    Welcome!

    Welcome to second grade! This is my second year at Hartford and in the Chandler Unified School District. I have been teaching students of all elementary grade levels for over 13 years. I am so excited to be with you on this wonderful journey of new learning and making memories!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I am from Long Island, New York and have been living in Arizona since July 2018. I am a dual certified elementary and special education teacher. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in elementary education and social sciences, with a concentration in psychology. I received my Master of Science degree in special education. I have been teaching since 2009, and have worked in all general and special education classrooms. My diverse teaching experience and passion to instill the love of learning into students motivates me every day.  

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe every student is a unique individual who needs a fun, creative, and challenging learning environment. It is my goal to create a classroom that is safe and welcoming for all students and their families.
