    Welcome to ELD! I am looking forward to a fabulous year! I am excited to provide new and rich experiences through a variety of literature, speaking, and writing opportunities.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I started my teaching career in January 1992 in Phoenix, AZ. I have taught grades 3-6, been a reading specialist, coach, and reading program facilitator. I received my bachelor's in Elementary Education and my Master's in Bilingual/Multicultural Education from Northern Arizona University. I am a lifelong learner and have received several endorsements. 

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that every child deserves an opportunity to learn and grow. Every child brings with them a strength to the classroom. By working together we will succeed.
