    Hello and welcome to 3rd Grade! I am Miss Hughes and am thrilled to be a Hartford Husky! I am looking forward to getting to know each and every one of you! This year will be full of learning, laughter, and growing!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education in May 2022. I am honored to begin my teaching career here at Hartford and looking forward to the many years to come! 

    My Educational Philosophy

    All children deserve a safe, respected, positive, and fun environment where they want to learn. Students should always feel accepted and have their voices heard. I love watching children learn and grow and achieve anything they set their minds too!
