    Welcome!

    Hello! I am Jessica Colker and this is my 11th year teaching in Arizona. I was born and raised in San Diego, California and made my way to Phoenix 10 years ago. I graduated from The University of Arizona with a Bachelors in Political Science and minor in business. I then went to California State University San Marcos and received my teaching credential. This will be my 11th year teaching and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else! I have taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade and have a passion for teaching Math and Science. I am excited to join the Auxier team this year and look forward to a great year!

    I am committed to creating a safe learning environment where all students feel valued and respected. It is my goal to instill a love for lifelong learning in each student that passes through my room. I strongly believe in positive encouragement and reinforcement to achieve desired behaviors from children. I am only one part of a team and will do everything I can to ensure all students are successful. I look forward to working with you this year.
