The Leader in Me is a whole-school transformation process that teaches 21st century leadership and life skills to Auxier Elementary students and creates a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader. The Leader in Me helps students learn how to become self-reliant, manage their emotions, set and track goals, do their homework, prioritize their time, increase interpersonal skills—such as resolving conflicts and interacting well with others—and develop the skills and self-confidence to successfully lead their lives. If you believe in equipping your children—and your community’s students—with the skills they need to become leaders, please attend our upcoming Leadership Day.

With the help of community leaders and business representatives, we are able to continue to implement this wonderful program, but we need your financial support. We invite you to join us at our Leadership Day, Thursday, February 24, 2022 to see our student leaders who will one day be in the workforce. You will be able to see and hear firsthand from our students how The Leader in Me is thriving in our school. If you choose to financially partner with us, we will proudly display your organization in the school office on our Sponsorship Board.
