    Welcome to the 6th grade! I am excited to have a successful year of learning!

    My Education and Professional Background

    This will be my 15th year teaching in Arizona. I received my Bachelor of Science in Education from University of Phoenix in 2009. My previous teaching experience includes 6th, 7th and 8th grade math and science. I am excited to share my passion for learning with the sixth grade students here at Shumway!

    My Educational Philosophy

    My goal is to challenge students and watch them grow to their full potential. I believe in setting high expectations and provide meaningful instruction. I have the desire to provide all students the skills necessary to be successful.
