    Site council at CTA Freedom is a collaboration of parents and Freedom staff that work together to determine goals, safety concerns, and distribution of tax credit funds.  Parent representatives are elected by the parents of CTA Freedom and serve a 2 year term.  Site Council holds open monthly meetings in the CTA Freedom Media Center.
