    Welcome to the music classroom! I'm looking forward to a wonderful year of music making with all my students. Be prepared to speak, sing, play, move, and create in music class! I hope this will be the beginning of your journey as a lifelong musician.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My mission as a music educator is for my students to have a musical experience each and every time they are in my classroom. My students will develop their skills in music literacy, express themselves through movement, play a variety of instruments, focus on proper singing technique, learn a wide repertoire of songs, and experience music from a multitude of styles and cultures. Every child is capable of making music, and my goal is for my students to leave my classroom with the tools to create and appreciate music for the rest of their lives.
