    My Education and Professional Background

    I have been involved in education for over fifteen years in many different roles and capacities. I obtained my degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University. After student teaching in Kindergarten, here at KGA, I taught 5th grade as well. I have a passion for gifted learners and I am excited to be a part of the 3rd grade team!

    My Educational Philosophy

    I am a strong believer that all students are capable of learning and have a desire to do so. I want my students to come to school every day excited and energized, ready to question and explore. I will create an environment for everyone to feel safe, respected and valued as we collaborate, consider, and work together as a community.
