    Welcome!

    Welcome to junior high at Bogle! I am a 3rd generation Arizona native, and have 3 wonderful children who have or who are attending Chandler schools. I am married, and have two dogs (Dachshunds), a leopard gecko and a goldfish. I am looking forward to working in the counseling department with the students, parents and teachers here at Bogle this year.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated with both my Bachelor of Science and my Master of Education from Northern Arizona University. Go Lumberjacks! I first started my teaching career during the 1990's. I've taught 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th and 7th grades at Shumway, Navarrete, and Bogle. I did take some time off from teaching to raise my daughters when they were younger. During that time, I did some substitute teaching for the district, and worked as a 911 operator and dispatcher for the Phoenix Police Department. I am looking forward to my next adventure as a counselor this year at Bogle!

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe every student is an individual, and has the right and ability to learn. My classroom is a safe, respectful and creative place where different teaching styles are used to reach every student. I believe education is an equal partnership between the teachers, counselors, students and parents, where each has a duty and responsibility in order for that learning to take place.
