    My Education and Professional Background

    BA in Chinese Language and Literature from Shannxi Normal University (China)

    MA of Chinese Language and Culture from National Institute of Education, NTU (Singapore) 

    I have various teaching experience in China, Singapore and U.S.A. since 2002.

    My Educational Philosophy

    "If a child cannot learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn." (Ignacio Estrada) I belief that every student has unique strengths, expertise, and learning styles, and it is the teacher's responsibility to understand and accommodate these differences.
