    My Educational Philosophy

    As an educator, my teaching philosophy is that students are individuals, with unique personalities, interests, and needs and it is my responsibility to provide students with an engaging, rigorous, and respectful learning environment. I view students as active learners who need to be provided with opportunities to grow and flourish in their classroom. I root my classroom in high expectations with high support, with the foundation being built around respect and community, in order to provide students with the best possibility to be successful in the wonderful world of mathematics.
