    My Education and Professional Background

    I received a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from University of Nebraska and a Master's from Northern Arizona University in Elementary Education.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I became a teacher because I want to make a difference in the lives of children. I believe that all students have the ability to be successful if given the opportunity. I want my students to set goals for themselves and believe that they can achieve anything. The classroom should be a place where students feel they can be themselves. Each student is important to the class community and has something valuable to offer.
