What's happening in AUGUST??
What isn't happening in August? We will see amazing things in the sky starting with our very first observations. The summer triangle is clearly visible right around 8pm...just above our heads. That asterism, made up of the brightest stars of 3 constellations (Lyra, Cygnus, and Aquila) are just the beginning. Up there you'll find Hercules, and nearby, Ophiuchus the Serpent Bearer. Also currently making appearences are Draco the Dragon, and off near the southern horizon, Sagitarius as he shoots his arrow into the heart of Scorpius. And for you night owls, you might catch Saturn as we edge around 10-11pm.
Stay Tuned!!!
