    Welcome to third grade! My name is Laura Rasmussen and I am looking forward to an exciting year. We will have an amazing time together filled with learning and growth.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University. I am also endorsed in Structure English Immersion (SEI). I have been teaching in the Chandler Unified School District since 2009. I love the community within our district and look forward to another amazing year!

    My Educational Philosophy

    My goal is to help each of my students reach their fullest potential. I strive to create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment within my classroom where students feel comfortable to take risks. I look forward to getting to known each of my students and their families.
