• Equipment Dept - UNIFORM Policies


    Uniform Check Out/In Policy:

     

    *  All uniform check out/in will be done through coach scheduled, team appointments only.  NO individual athlete check in or check out will be done.  Athletes need to contact their coach directly for the established date and time.

     

    UNIFORM CHECK IN/OUT IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING LUNCH PERIODS - Students will be told to return at a scheduled time or after school.

     

    * Athletes will sign when they check out a uniform or equipment and they will sign again when they return all items. Students are NEVER to leave items anywhere or with anyone other than checking them in/out directly with the Equipment Manager (unless cost to replace letter has already been mailed home).

     

    * If any part of a school uniform or equipment is not returned on the scheduled team day, there will be a 3-day window to allow for the athlete to return the items before a fine will be entered on their school account in the amount of the CUSD established cost to replace.

     

    * Failure to return the items or pay the replacement fine amount will result in no further uniforms being checked out for future sports and a debt on the athlete’s school account balance.  If the athlete is a senior, their senior checkout will remain incomplete until the account is reconciled.

     

    * Once a fine has been assessed, uniform/equipment check in or payment will go directly to the Bookstore before school, during lunch, or after school. (**The Equipment Manager and Athletic Department will not accept late items once the fine has been added.**)
