Welcome! I started teaching at Arizona College Prep. in 2009, and this is my 25th year teaching physical education. I am very excited to be a part of the ACP-Erie team, and look forward to a great school year working with the students and parents here at ACP!
My Education and Professional Background
I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. degree in Physical Education. After many years of teaching and coaching, from Kindergarten to 12th grade, I went back to school in 2006 and received my Master's Degree in Education from Northern Arizona University.
My Educational Philosophy
I strongly believe that physical education is an integral part of each student's total learning experience. The information and knowledge gained from this class will help the students maximize their quality of life and enhance their sense of well-being. I look forward to making physical education an enjoyable and positive experience for all of my students.
