    Hello! My name is Sharon Lee and this will be my third year with Santan Elementary School. I look forward to working with you for another successful and fun-filled school year!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication at Arizona State University and my Graduate degree in School Counseling & Guidance at the University of Arizona. This will be my third year in CUSD. Before coming to CUSD, I was a school counselor at Jack Barnes Elementary School in the Queen Creek Unified School District. I have worked previously in higher education but my passion has always been to work with K-12 students, especially in elementary schools!

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that we are life-long learners and that everyone is deserving of a quality education. I believe that we have the responsibility to provide all the necessary tools for young learners to succeed in school as this sets the foundation for their entire future success in academics, careers, and life! Each student is capable of learning and it is my goal to help students find and utilize methods that allow them to be successful, not only in the classroom but in their lives outside of school. I love learning and could be a student my entire life! Therefore, my goal is to share this enthusiasm with students and hope to instill a love of learning which encompasses social emotional learning.
