    Welcome to Mrs. Norman's Fifth Grade!!!! I am excited to get to know each and every student who enters our classroom community. It is going to be a great year!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I began teaching in 2009 and began teaching at Santan as well as the Chandler Unified School District in 2013. I have worked in kindergarten and sixth-grade classrooms as well as taught second and fourth grade for a number of years. I am a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Elementary Education. I also received my Master's degrees from Northern Arizona University (2012) and Grand Canyon University (2013, 2017).

    My Educational Philosophy

    When it comes to teaching, I feel that I have the best job in the whole world. Education is an exciting and rewarding profession. It is truly a joy working with children and helping them reach goals as they develop a love of learning.
