    Hello! I am happy to be part of the collaborative team at Sanborn.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I earned my bachelor’s degree in special education from St. Cloud State in Minnesota. I began my career in a high school resource setting but felt the cold in my bones and sought warmer weather four years later. 

    In Arizona, I worked in private day settings and later earned my master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction. I have been in the field of special education for 20+ years and am delighted to be working in resource once again. 

    My Educational Philosophy

    Any improvement is progress. I hope to instill in all students that every day is a new day to make positive choices and progress.
