    My name is Erika Keil! I'm so excited to be your child's first grade teacher!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I have been a teacher for 14 years now. I have also taught Kindergarten and Second grade. I have my Master's in Education and also a SEI endorsement.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My philosophy of education is to provide students the tools they need to become life long learners and in order to accomplish this, students must feel safe in a positive classroom environment where they are praised for following high expectations. I have high standards for all my students and encourage them to see that with hard work and perseverance, they can achieve anything.
