    Welcome to Miss. Lockhart's Kindergarten class! Kindergarten is a year of growing socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. I am looking forward to forming a partnership with you during your child's Kindergarten year so that we may provide them with the best possible experience!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. I was lucky enough to go to a school that emphasized learning about Early Childhood Special Education as well. I have been in the Chandler District since 2015. I have taught Preschool, 2nd grade and 4th grade.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that each child is unique, with different needs and learning styles. I also, believe that every child is capable of learning and succeeding in life. My goal is not only to create a safe and positive learning environment that fosters a love for learning and success, but also a place where your child will feel loved and valued.
