    Welcome to Hancock Elementary Prekindergarten program! I am super excited to be your child's teacher this year! I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring different parts of Arizona. I look forward to teaching and exploring with your child this year!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I have a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education. This is my 2nd year teaching here at Hancock Elementary School. Before joining this wonderful team, I have taught Preschool and PreK in a few Child care centers. I graduaded from the University of Akron in Ohio in 2009 and have been teaching every since!

    My Educational Philosophy

    PreK is the most amazing time for children! They will explore and learn many new things while falling in love with learning. This is the time where children want to learn and ask so many questions. With this growth children will learn to their fullest potential through discovery, hands on activities and working with their peers. I will provide a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and explore, while making mistakes and discovering the correct way to play and grow through structured activities! I look forward to working with you children this year!
