My Education and Professional Background
I'm originally from Tegucigalpa, Honduras. However, I was able to receive my teaching degree in Special Education and General Education from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas in 1995. After teaching for three years in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, I moved to Arizona to work on my Master's Degree at ASU in Second Language Acquisition, and have been teaching in Arizona ever since. I have enjoyed teaching in CUSD for 16 years. I have taught in both the general ed. classroom as well as the resource
My Educational Philosophy
I believe ALL students can learn and achieve success. It is my job as a teacher to enrich their abilities so they become truly extraordinary citizens of the future!
