    Welcome to English 9! I'm so excited to be back at Hamilton High School this year. This is my fifth year at Hamilton and my tenth year teaching. In 2019, my family moved from Chicago to Arizona, and I was thrilled to trade in the snow for sunshine. We have many exciting things planned for freshman English, and I can't wait to get started!

    I received a B.A. in English Education from Illinois State University with endorsements in English Language Arts and Social Studies.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that it is my responsibility as an educator to provide students with a welcoming environment conducive to learning. I want to encourage my students to be life-long learners and provide them with knowledge that will help them be successful.
