    Welcome to Hamilton High School! My name is Kevin Hartwig and I am looking forward to another outstanding school year challenging our students in the classroom and on the playing field.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from Kearney State College in Kearney, Nebraska with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and History. I received my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. I have been teaching/coaching in the Chandler Unified School District since 1987.

    My Educational Philosophy

    Physical activity is the catalyst for learning in all academic areas. I want to create a learning atmosphere that emphasizes wellness, physical fitness, social and emotional growth, and encourages students to lead a physically active lifestyle. My classroom will be a safe and challenging learning environment.
