    Welcome!

    Hello, my name is Dirk MacGregor. This is my 28th year in Chandler Unified School district. My family and I love to travel. We also enjoy movies. I am an avid cook and enjoy sharing a good meal with friends. I am looking forward to a great school year!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I began teaching in the Chandler Unified School District in 1995. I have been an elementary classroom teacher, district-wide Instructional Specialist, Human Resources Operations Coordinator, a junior high teacher, and now a high school teacher. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Portland State University, Portland and a  Master's Degree from Pacific University, Forest Grove.

    My Educational Philosophy

    Students in my class will study history and geography in meaningful and exciting ways, as there will be a focus on multiple intelligences, cooperative learning, rigor, and relevance.
