A student will be assigned to Saturday School for any of the following reasons...
- Ditching class
- 5 Unexcused tardies (all tardies must be excused within 24 hours of the tardy by email/phone)
- More than 5 Excused tardies considered excessive (See Attendance policy for details)
- Other - assigned by Administration
SATURDAY SCHOOL PROCEDURES
ROOM E105
8:00AM-12:00pm
- Students need to arrive by 8:00AM. If students are late, they will be reassigned.
- Students should enter the WEST side of campus by mobile classrooms and E105A.
- Students are expected to work the entire time. Teachers may provide work if students do not have any.
- Teachers have the option of providing a short restroom break for students. Students are to be escorted to the restroom. Students should not leave the room unsupervised.
- NO food or drink allowed except for water.
- Cell phones and/or electronic devices are not to be used or visible during this time.
- Teachers may send a student home at any time if the student is being disruptive. In which case, the administrator will add additional consequences.
- If a student does not attend, they will receive an in-school suspension for one day the following Monday.
