  • Hamilton High School AFJROTC Tax Credit

A new year is upon us.  So many things to resolve, and one of the  most pressing issue you may be facing is  . . . "Where can I find a tax break?" A suggestion for you this season would be the Arizona Tax Credit.  Arizona residents who file jointly can give up to $400.  Those filing single, head of household or married filing separate can give up to $200. Your contribution is a tax credit towards your Arizona state tax.  It is a win win situation.  The corps of cadets gets to use the funds you contribute  and you will either increase your refund or reduce your tax debt.

Give? . . .Give to whom you might ask.  Your tax credit can be applied to Hamilton High School AFJROTC.  Our program uses the tax credit to fund transportation and lodging costs for field trips, entry fees to museums and exhibits, orientation flights and purchasing equipment for activities such as orienteering, honor guard, and model rocketry, among other things.

Any contributions made up to the tax deadline date can be counted toward this year's taxes.  Contributions made after the tax deadline will be counted for the following year's taxes.
