    The Gatorade Player of the Year award recognizes and celebrates the nation's most outstanding high school talents for their athletic achievement, academic excellence, and exemplary character. It is one of the most prestigious accolades in high school sports.

    Connor is a three-time AZ State Pole Vault Champion and holds the Hamilton High School Pole Vault record of 17'.  

     
    In 2020, Connor graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, where he competed in pole vault and the decathlon.
