A little about FCS-

The name of the organization will be the Payne Junior High School Fellowship of Christian Students (abbreviated as FCS).

Article II – Mission The mission of the Payne Junior High School Fellowship of Christian Students is to help students develop a Christian Worldview by teaching how to know God personally and share God’s love with other students.

Article III – Qualifications of Members Club membership is open to any student in this school that agrees with and is able to comply with the stated guidelines in this constitution/by-laws, provided there is no attempt by them to disrupt the meeting. Membership is equated to consistent attendance and participation in the club. FCS should not become an exclusive “club,” with restricted membership; however, a key principle in FCS’s strategy for reaching students is for the commonality of students with those in the group to remain obvious.
