    Welcome to another exciting year at Payne Junior High! I am looking forward to teaching your child this year in Math and anticipate an enjoyable and rewarding year for us all.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I attended Arizona State University where I received my Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Elementary Education (k-8) with an endorsement in Mathematics. I have been teaching since 2009 and started teaching junior high math in 2010.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My role as a teacher is to provide students with a high quality instruction that meets the individual needs of each of my students, to create an inspiring and engaging learning environment in which students feel safe and secure, and lastly, to give my students the the motivation needed to be lifelong learners.
