IMPORTANT INFORMATION--08/08/2023CONCUSSION BASELINE TESTINGCUSD offers a free and optional baseline concussion testing called “ImPACT” for all student-athletes. This test serves as a baseline measurement and is a tool to manage concussions, and is NOT a substitute for a medical evaluation or treatment. In the event that a student-athlete sustains a head injury, this will serve as an additional tool to help the sports medicine staff determine if they have a concussion as well as readiness to return to play.ACCESS and INSTRUCTIONSFor the junior highs in CUSD, baseline tests are optional, and are now offered for free, and can be taken remotely.
