    Welcome to seventh grade Science! I've been a Payne Panther since the 2019 and look forward to a year learning and teaching with you!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I began my teaching career in 2012 with Gilbert Public Schools as a Paraprofessional, which stirred my desire to become a certified classroom teacher. Upon completion of my certification coursework in 2016, I taught elementary Science and Math for 3 years at St. Mary-Basha Catholic School in Chandler, AZ. I graduated from Northern Arizona University Summa Cum Laude and am highly qualified in Middle Grades Science, Math, and English Language Arts.  


    My Educational Philosophy

    "Learning is a natural process resulting from a balance of heart, head, and hand." It is my job in the classroom to create a safe inclusive environment where hearts are nurtured, heads are challenged to grow, and hands have the opportunity to do Science.
