EVIT
New information--instead of a 2nd year curriculum with EVIT, some programs are now offering an apprenticeship for hands on training and, in most cases, wages to be earned. Talk to Jennifer Johnson, the Basha counselor at EVIT, to see if your student qualifies.
East Valley Institute of Technology
Students may be eligible to learn a trade at EVIT beginning their junior year. Eligibility may depend on GPA, credits earned to date per specific program criteria. Counselors strongly advise that American Arizona History be taken the summer after sophomore year to have the best scenario for a schedule junior year with EVIT.Students interested in EVIT should ask their counselor in November when the EVIT registration portal opens and complete their course request form accordingly. To learn more about EVIT click on the link below. Late inquiries for EVIT will be based on availability. Mr. Snyder is our representative for EVIT on our campus but your counselor will still be able to assist with questions.Video - https://youtu.be/nhc6RDueyvU?feature=shared.
