    Thank you for visiting my website for 9th/10th grade Biology! I look forward to teaching your child all the interesting concepts related to the life sciences. Please refer to the posted "Biology Syllabus" for the majority of our class information.     My Education and Professional Background

    I have my B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from the University of San Diego. Several years later, I went back to school and earned my Master of Secondary Education degree. This is my 15th year teaching high school biology and third year as the science department chair.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that each student that enters my classroom has the ability to become interested in science. Therefore, it is my job to peak that interest, make them curious enough to ask the Who, and Why and How...then educate them on all those concepts they never knew they wanted to know!
