My Education and Professional Background
I completed a B.S. in Chemistry with an emphasis in Polymer Science at the University of Pittsburgh. I then spent ten years working in petrochemical manufacturing and research. When I decided to become a teacher, I completed a M.Ed. at ASU and I have been teaching high school math and science since 2001.
My Educational Philosophy
The classroom is a safe place for students to take risks, to fail sometimes, and to refine the way they think.
