    Welcome to my science website! I teach Anatomy & Physiology and Biology. Please use this site to find helpful information and resources for the class.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I began teaching in 2000 after earning my B.A. in Biological Sciences Education from the University of Delaware. I earned my M.Ed in Secondary Education from NAU with a reading endorsement. I have always been passionate about studying biology and the human body and love sharing my passion with my students.

    My Educational Philosophy

    As a teacher, I feel that it is my job to utilize diverse approaches to promote hands-on, minds-on science. I hope to build relationships with my students which will enable me to make the content as relevant and engaging as possible.
