    Welcome!

    Hello students and families! I'm excited to be one of your teachers this year! In past school years I've taught junior high English and Social Studies, and high school World History and US History. I'm excited to share my passion for all these subjects with my students.

    My Education and Professional Background

    • BA in Anthropology-University of Arizona
    • BA Ed in History Education-University of Central Oklahoma
    • MA Ed in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in ESL-University of Phoenix

    Certified to teach secondary History, Government, English, Geography, Economics, Anthropology, and Social Studies. 

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe in having a growth mindset, and that the only limitations to our education are the limits we wrongfully set upon ourselves. I have high expectations for myself and my students, and with the right mindset and effort, we can achieve our goals.
