• The Writing Process

As most of my students know, I am a stickler about the writing process. Time and time again it is proven to me that the best papers ALWAYS have more pre-writing attached to them. The worst thing a student can do is just hop onto the computer and expect to pull off a perfect paper in a matter of minutes.  Good, insightful, and thorough writing usually takes days to complete.  The process begins first with brainstorming, then one or two rough drafts, peer editing (the more eyes that see it the better!), a read aloud, and a final draft.  Some links below will help you with this process.
