    Perry High School STEM students took home second place in the annual Marquee Math Competition, co-hosted by the University of Phoenix and the Arizona Cardinals. Participants are challenged to solve problems for a variety of math and science disciplines.

    Golden Bell AWARDFor more than three decades, ASBA has put the spotlight on those districts with a proven record of achieving excellence through their academic programs by awarding the prestigious ASBA Golden Bell Award to the educators and administrators who create and implement these programs. Programs selected to receive the Golden Bell must be student-oriented, have made a significant difference in student achievement, demonstrate evidence of teacher creativity and demonstrate district leadership in the management of instruction. Perry High School was recently acknowledged: “It is our pleasure to inform you that your entry has been selected to receive a 2014 ASBA Golden Bell Award". “STEM Diploma Program” was awarded Runner-Up Honors by the judges in the High School (grades 9-12) category.

    The Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee has informed  Perry High School that we have been selected as a finalist for 2014 STEM Superhero Awards presented by Freeport-McMoRan in the category of Best STEM School. Perry was nominated because of our passion, creativity and dedication to our students who have put us amongst the very best in STEM teaching throughout the state
